We currently ship within the UK. For international shipping, please visit our Etsy store.

How long does shipping take?
At Lovedbyjacob, we strive to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible. Please note the following details regarding our shipping policy:
1. **Turnaround Time**: Turnaround time for each product varies. For specific information on your order, please contact us with your order number or postcode, and we will provide an update.
2. **Shipping Costs**: We offer free second-class shipping on all orders unless otherwise stated at checkout.
3. **Shipping Upgrades**: If you require faster delivery, shipping upgrades are available at checkout for an additional fee. When upgrading your mail class at checkout, this means your order will arrive quicker once dispatched. However, please note that our current processing times still apply to your order.

How do I track my order?
To track your order:
1. **Free Shipping Orders**: End-to-end tracking is not available. Only a delivery scan will be provided.
2. **Tracked Orders**: You will receive end-to-end tracking information via a shipping email.

Returns
How do I return an item?
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
How long does it take to process my return?
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Can I exchange for a different item?
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
